穆新生，笔名：不闻，牧歌。男，出生1953年2月，籍贯安徽，现居住山东省威海市。系欧洲侨商名人书画院院士，中国书画院院士，北京华夏兰亭书画院院士，北京当代书画院副院长，中国美术艺术家协会名誉副主席，威海市美术家协会会员，现代书画艺术大赛组委会签约画家。自幼受画荻之教，酷爱水墨几十年，年过知天命，开始精炼熔铸古人高贤画意十载有余。作品以东方儒释道文化精神为画魂，直抒情怀，自成画风。画技新颖，功论兼备，称谓：六心禅.水墨山水画，即抒心意，用心笔，运心墨，聚心力，注心血，凝而成心像之神韵。作品2015年始面世，先后十余次入选全国性画展。
